Are you expecting a baby and curious about what you should buy or add to your registry and what is a waste of space and money? The world of “baby stuff” is so overwhelming. Using my own experience with three babies, experience from friends and family, and a LOT of research, I will walk you through different registry categories and several options for products. I’ll try to keep this as simple as possible… but it can’t be too simple since I want to provide recommendations that will account for your specific budget, lifestyle, baby, location, and taste.

Where should you register? I recommend registering with one online store – like Amazon – and one brick-and-mortar store – like Buy Buy Baby. The Amazon Baby Registry offers a 10% completion discount. If you join Amazon Family, that discount jumps to 15% and you can get 20% off diaper subscriptions. There are so many baby products out there. Choosing what to register for can be very overwhelming! I’m no expert, but I have some input that I hope will be helpful. There are some items you shouldn’t stock up on until you get to know your baby. You also need to consider your living space.
