Baby Gear: On The Go
Car Seats • Carriers • Strollers
There are so many great infant car seats. The one above is new, has some cool safety features, an option for a chemical flame-retardant-free cover and it is gorgeous! It is expensive but can be used for 9 years, perfect for a household with multiple kids. I also love this more affordable option.
Baby Sleep Stuff
If you want your newborn to sleep in your room, this is a fantastic option. I go into more details about why it is my favorite: here. ∙∙∙This sound machine and night light can be controlled with your phone. So you can adjust the volume or light without even entering your baby’s room! ∙∙∙ The sock that monitors heart-rate and oxygen levels may not be for you. However, it gave me some very much-needed peace of mind that allowed me to get better sleep in the early months with a newborn. ∙∙∙ I love this super soft breathable blanket with adorable pom poms. It comes in multiple colors.

Travel (or just out of the house) with Baby
Even if you don’t travel, the sound machine and portable activity seat are things you will use a LOT! We keep one of these sound machines in the diaper bag and use it when baby needs to nap away from home. It runs all night on a single charge! The activity seat is great for infants 6-months-old to walking age. We put our baby in this whenever we are doing something outside and we want them to stay put… picnic, tee-ball games, drawing chalk with older kids on the driveway, etc.
