Older Toddlers to Young Kids…
Something Fun To Do
With the cold weather and restrictions on indoor activities, I’m splurging a little this holiday season to get activities to keep my kids busy indoors.

The air fort is a hot gift item of 2020. It only takes seconds to build and the kids will play in it for hours!

I could never have anticipated what a huge hit these would be with my kids ranging from ages 2 – 7. They have played endless games of “floor is lava”. They add it to obstacle courses in the backyard and in the basement. It’s also great for teaching colors to toddlers.

I’m counting on this being the best gift ever this year!

Another big gift I’m really excited for! We can set up this ninja course between two trees in the backyard, or we can attach some of the obstacles to eyehooks on our basement ceiling.

In the days of “social distancing”, these are an even more amazing gift. Give one to a neighbor and let the kids have Covid-era safe play dates.

Something to Play as a Family…

Cadoo is a family favorite in our house. It says ages 7+ but our kids loved this at ages 5 and 6 as well.

If the adults in your home like Cards Against Humanity, this is a fun similar game you can play with your kids.
Something to Wear

It gets dark so early now that my kids are often still outside playing when I can no longer easily see them. I snagged this glow beanie for my littlest so I can easily spot her. I also got some glow gloves for all my kids.

Something They Need or Something That Will Teach

Working to teach my kids the value of money and how to be responsible with it. Hoping this piggy bank helps!
Babies & Toddler

You know how much fun it is to pop bubble wrap? This toy is like colorful and reusable bubble wrap for toddlers! Easily fits in the diaper bag, great sensory activity, kids of all ages love it (all of mine, ranging 1-6 love this!)

These will forever make my list of best gifts for a baby! Once a baby is sitting up (6+ months), these are a perfect gift. They will stimulate multiple senses while also being an aesthetically pleasing and non-toxic toy!

This was our favorite first birthday gift for our daughter! Recently I noticed the llama was out of stock, but this brand makes their wooden toddler activity centers in multiple animals
